As some of you have heard, there are a lot of changes going on here at Restoring Health and Wellness Center. For starters, I’ve decided to take an opportunity to spend more time with my young family! How’s that for news? Now before you cry too hard, there’s some good news to go along with this. I’ve found an excellent doctor to continue your care, Dr. Jonathan Sweeney.

I’ve been thinking about this change for a while now. After fourteen years of service, I’m feeling the need for some rest, relaxation andrejuvenation. I also want you to keep getting the same caring treatment you’ve always received here at Restoring Health and Wellness Center.

With this in mind, we’ve looked far and wide and interviewed quite a few Doctors and when we finally found Dr. Sweeney, we knew we had the right Doc for you! Dr. Sweeney moved back to the Bay Area from Tennessee to get married and practice chiropractic. They are thrilled to get themselves established and involved in the community. Dr. Sweeney has experience working with all types and ages of patients from children to athletes!

We’re very excited for all of you to meet him and his family and want an opportunity to see you all again, so we’re throwing a big party Saturday, March 3rd from 12p.m. to 3 p.m. at our office. There’ll be food, music and lots of good cheer.

And me? I’ll start taking that time out for rest, some travel and
giving more of my attention to my family. In the next few weeks I’ll be working along with Dr. Sweeney introducing him to all of you. Some of you have already had appointments and have met him in the office. The response has been overwhelmingly enthusiastic.

I want you to know what a privilege it’s been to work with each of you. You’ve put you trust in me and we’ve worked together to allow natural healing to occur. You’ve sent your family and friends and let me into your lives, showing me such kindness. Whether we were successful in assisting you to overcome a heath problem or helping you maintain good health, I always felt like we were a team. I want this same teamwork of healing to continue and I feel confident that you’ll love Dr. Sweeney.

As my little family grows, my time stretches more thin and I’ve come to a crossroads where my family has decided that I’m needed more at home. With this intent, it became paramount that the practice transition to a new owner. It is with a full heart that I say goodbye to each and every patient that I’ve had the privelege to get to know over the last 14 years. I will be working closely with the doctor taking over the Wellness Center, Dr. Jonathan Sweeney over the next three weeks. I am dedicated to helping to make this a seamless transition and I am confident you will really enjoy Dr. Sweeney.

His undergraduate education was at Cornell University where he played football and he went on the graduate as Valedictorian of his chiropractic college class at Palmer West Chiropractic College. He is trained in muscle therapy as well as a number of techniques and is dedicated to assisting each of you in continuing your health care journey. He practiced in Tennessee for a few years with his brother who is also a chiropractor before returning to this area to get married.

We will be both on site through the next three weeks as well as our other talented independant contractors and Dr. Sweeney has also decided to open the Wellness Center expanded hours and days including Fridays and Saturdays. I hope I get a chance to see you sometime in the next few weeks and feel free to contact us with any questions and concerns you may have as we are committed as a team to ensuring your health as our first priority.
